Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Marketing Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics for regional events, including customer appreciation activities, third-party conferences, thought leadership opportunities, seminars, executive roundtables, special events, webinars, etc.

You will also travel to select events to manage logistics, including event set-up, guest check-in, catering, event rental deliveries, signage placement, run of show, and other required tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics for regional events, including venue selection, catering, and event rentals
  • Travel to select events to manage logistics, including event set-up and guest check-in
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Manage event correspondence, including invite distribution and registration updates
  • Assist with pre-event communication and on-site coordination
  • Liaise between third-party conference organization and field sales team
  • Responsible for logistical elements of third-party conference sponsorship inclusions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or English
  • 1+ years of professional business marketing experience, including event execution
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work greater than 40 hours per annum as needed
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Ability to reside within Canada
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in technology or cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Netusite, Domo, Splash, or similar
