Greater Toronto Area, Canada EAIGLE Full time

About EAIGLE

As a pioneering force in AI-driven solutions for the supply chain and logistics industry, we're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Event Coordinator to spearhead our event presence and marketing endeavors. With a proven track record of delivering high-impact events, conferences, and exhibitions, this individual will join our close-knit team as we expand our influence across the industry.

The Role

This role encompasses both event management and broader marketing coordination, requiring a strategic thinker who can effectively balance these responsibilities. As our Supply Chain Event Coordinator, you'll oversee the planning and execution of over 35 events annually, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and internal events. You'll also support EAIGLE's wider marketing efforts, assisting with campaign planning, content creation, and cross-functional initiatives that drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning:

  • Strategic Event Selection: Conduct thorough research to identify high-impact supply chain and logistics events where EAIGLE's presence will yield the most value. Collaborate with internal teams and industry contacts to evaluate conference opportunities and recommend strategic partnerships.
  • Integrated Event Calendar: Maintain a comprehensive events calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across all planned events, including internal EAIGLE-hosted events, industry trade shows, webinars, and partner meetups.

End-to-End Event Ownership:

  • Logistics & Execution: Manage the entire logistics process, including material shipments, booth setup and teardown coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site communication with contractors. Ensure all logistical details are handled proactively.
  • On-Site Coordination: Attend key events in North America to oversee setup, engage with external event teams, and ensure a smooth execution for the EAIGLE team. Address any on-site issues promptly to maintain event quality and effectiveness.
  • Branded Materials & Swag: Coordinate the design, ordering, and shipment of branded materials, promotional items, and event swag to represent EAIGLE's brand professionally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Content Development:

  • Messaging & Content: Collaborate with speakers and the Director of Marketing to craft impactful talking points, session topics, and engaging content for speaking engagements, webinars, and EAIGLE-hosted events.
  • Social Media Alignment: Work closely with the social media team to ensure consistent event promotion, updates, and post-event follow-ups, reinforcing our brand presence across channels.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Data-Driven Analysis: Track and evaluate event performance metrics such as attendee engagement, lead generation, booth traffic, and ROI. Analyze insights to inform future strategies, enhance event impact, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Post-Event Reporting & Feedback: Conduct debriefs after each event to capture insights, share feedback with internal stakeholders, and continuously refine event processes for improved future outcomes.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team with campaign planning and execution, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and lead nurturing efforts.
  • Press & Communications Support: Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases and other public communications, collaborating with team members to promote EAIGLE's innovations and industry leadership.
  • Marketing Support: Provide general marketing coordination support as needed. This includes tasks such as email communications, organizing marketing assets, maintaining records of vendors and partnerships, and facilitating communications with external partners or vendors.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if:

  • You Bring Proven Experience: You have 2-4 years of marketing and event coordination experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the supply chain and logistics sector. You have earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. You've successfully managed event calendars, overseeing everything from strategic planning to execution and post-event analysis.
  • You Have Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management platforms, as well as HubSpot, monday.com, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva is an asset. If you're not already proficient, you're eager to learn (training provided as needed).

Additional Requirements:

  • Authorized to Travel: You hold a Canadian passport and are authorized to travel to the U.S. You're willing to travel for events as required, embracing the opportunity to represent EAIGLE.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: You're able to work onsite in Markham, Ontario, at least three days a week, collaborating closely with the team while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid role.

Why Join EAIGLE?

At EAIGLE, we value hard work, creativity, and initiative. We foster a collaborative environment where team members support each other, think independently, and drive results together. As a Supply Chain Event Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to shape our event presence, bring your ideas to the table, and help us build on a track record of success.
