About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. as a Vice President: Sales, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Job Description

This role will focus on:

  • Developing and executing customer acquisition, retention, growth, and revenue strategies, as well as brand elevation and overall customer experience.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to set targets and execute short- and long-term growth plans.
  • Guiding the prioritization of growth, sales, marketing, and customer-experience related initiatives.
  • Managing the development of new products, services, and associated brands to meet profitability goals.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Assuming overall leadership for revenue, marketing, sales, account management/customer engagement, and product development functions.
  • Representing marketing and sales in cross-functional initiatives, providing clear communication and strategic insight to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with finance on pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals.
  • Providing thought leadership, strategic guidance, and communication (written and verbal) to teams, the organization, and externally on the company's growth strategy.
  • Mentoring, supporting recruitment, and inspiring high-caliber teams to achieve key business goals and career development objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10-15 years of diverse leadership experience building brands, driving revenue growth, and developing business strategies in a related industry.
  • Executive management experience is preferred, along with strong marketing background and relevant skills.
  • Licensed Level One Insurance Agent or willingness to license within the first 90 days of employment.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
