About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Multilingual Operations Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our leaders and cross-departmental teams, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the VP Corporate Channel and other team members, including prioritizing communications, calendar management, and liaison with external contacts.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by requisitioning necessary equipment, office space, supplies, and system access requirements.
  • Develop and manage record and support systems, including budget monitoring and management.
  • Organize calendars, travel plans, meeting arrangements, and develop presentation materials.
  • Develop and maintain reporting in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Train and support other assistants/team members as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experience providing support and coordination of all administrative duties.
  • Financial services industry experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all levels while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail are key requirements.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point) at the advanced level.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

This salary range is based on market conditions and industry standards for a senior administrative role in Toronto, Canada.
