Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at COGIR Immobilier. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare services, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and providing exceptional support to our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Clinical Assessment and Monitoring: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and monitor the needs of residents, ensuring that work routes are updated accordingly.
  • Staffing Process Management: Participate in the staffing process by receiving, training, and integrating new employees into the sector.
  • Billings Analysis: Contribute to analyzing billing data to enhance the efficiency and profitability of our health services.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of data entered in various work routes within Symo.
  • Intermediary Role: Act as an intermediary between external stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS, and other relevant parties.
Requirements
  • Nursing Background: Possess a degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance.
  • Personnel Management Experience: Have experience in personnel management, which is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possess comfort using computer tools.
  • Professional Certifications: Hold up-to-date general first aid CPR/AED training and be a member of the OIIAQ.
