As a renowned establishment, Toptable Group offers a dynamic and contemporary dining experience. Our thoughtfully designed spaces reflect the beauty of the surrounding environment, creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Our menu emphasizes local ingredients and Italian culinary traditions, showcasing the finest offerings from nearby farms and waters.

JOB SUMMARY:
Our Hosts are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and play a crucial role in our restaurant's success. They serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and memorable experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and seat guests with warmth
  • Maintain a waiting list and manage guest flow
  • Oversee a seating chart to optimize table availability
  • Engage with guests during their wait
  • Handle phone inquiries and process takeout orders
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance as required
  • Support service staff as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor
  • Professional appearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organized with the capability to manage high volumes
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Capacity to remain on feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
