We are seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Concierge to enhance our dynamic and diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler.

Hourly wage: $23.00
Responsibilities:
The Concierge will address a variety of guest inquiries by accurately identifying their needs and preferences, enhancing their experience with personalized recommendations and touches to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons' policies.
Welcome and register hotel guests, providing details about accommodations and payment options. Utilize both computerized and manual systems to manage daily records, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers. Collaborate with guests before and during their stay to understand their preferences and offer insightful suggestions. Conduct pre-arrival processes, reaching out to future guests to arrange services such as Wine Tastings, Dining Reservations, and transportation, while researching various vendors. Follow up with guests prior to their arrival, ensuring timely responses. Manage all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever feasible. Maintain ongoing communication with guests through our messaging platform, providing prompt responses and ensuring proper closure of interactions. Address and resolve customer complaints, assisting with inquiries regarding hotel services, operational hours, key personnel, in-house events, and directions. Engage with guests both in person and via phone, adhering to brand standards. Respond to guest calls and provide appropriate directions in the absence of a Communication Operator. Ensure that concierge desk materials, including information on local attractions, restaurants, museums, and activities, are current and well-organized. Possess extensive knowledge of Whistler activities and establish connections with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Concierge Manager and Front Desk Manager.Qualifications:
Preferred experience in luxury hotel Front Office, Concierge, or Guest Services. Previous familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous. Essential ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with guests. Knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas is highly desirable but not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Priority consideration for current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior luxury hotel experience. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Commitment to outstanding service and teamwork. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Must be eligible to work in Canada.Benefits:
