About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient in-room dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation and delivery of in-room dining orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
