- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and make reservations to support business needs.
- Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas to provide a positive first impression.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient document management.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail.
