We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bene Renos Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to office operations.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and monitor progress of delivery schedules.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Technology and Software: Utilize MS Office and other software applications to perform administrative tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Possess excellent oral communication skills, ability to multitask, and a high level of organization and reliability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
