We are currently enhancing our team of Sales Account Executives for our highly successful LendCare division. This role offers the potential for a competitive base salary plus substantial commissions, with average earnings ranging from $100,000 - $150,000 annually. This position provides an unmatched opportunity for growth in both your professional and personal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing LendCare clients to promote and sell additional products such as insurance and warranties.
- Address incoming inquiries from customers to evaluate their needs and suggest customized solutions.
- Inform clients about other available services.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and nurture relationships with current clients to drive new revenue opportunities.
- Accurately gather necessary information to complete customer applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of closing deals and contributing to revenue growth.
- Experience in the automotive finance sector or as a finance manager is a significant advantage.
- A passion for a structured sales process, along with flexibility and the ability to adapt as necessary.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Willingness to work full-time in our office.
Work Schedule:
- Rotating shifts from 9 AM to 7 PM
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
