Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
- Hands-on attitude, with ability to demonstrate tools to customers and use platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activity
- Valid driver's license, with ability to drive company-provided vehicle
- Excellent time and territory management skills, with ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
- Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds
- Participate in international business travel, with initial training in the United States
