Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Canada, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market share in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product sales through various distribution channels.
  • Manage manufacturer's representative and direct sales employee activities to expand the target market channel.
  • Meet and exceed established sales budget.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Manager on pricing strategies for product lines.
  • Handle designated accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement regional & national customer marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in the HVAC sector.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales for a region and/or division within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/R products.
  • Ability to deliver in a high-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
