Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Competitive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales and Service
    • Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Development
    • Develop and implement account development plans to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
