Job Title: Regional Decking/Railing Outside Sales

Master Halco, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an experienced Regional Decking and Railing Outside Sales Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead the charge in growing profitable sales of Decking, Railing, and Outdoor Structures within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-the-job training with coworkers, providing value to customers
  • Build long-lasting business relationships and sell products
  • Utilize our internal STEPS training program to create value for internal and external customers
  • Become a STEPS program expert, leading and training Inside Sales teams
  • Ensure teammates are aware of all available sales tools and resources
  • Facilitate sales and hand off to the appropriate salesperson for non-decking and railing & outdoor structures
Accountabilities:
  • Lead the way and achieve sales and margin goals for decking, railing, and outdoor structures
  • Expand and diversify the customer base
  • Launch, grow, and expand decking, railing, and outdoor structures product offerings
  • Work with managers to create and execute short- and long-term sales plans
Requirements:
  • Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to support sales teams in new product expansion
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization
  • Creative problem solver with hands-on engagement and solid business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and support the sales team
  • Effective strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage problems into solutions
  • Creative and critical thinking
  • Soft skills include organization, strong communication skills, leadership, time management, and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region up to 75% of the time
