About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to demonstrate products to customers
  • Excellent time and territory management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule, including international business travel
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 65 pounds
