Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Teams
    • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient delivery of security services.
    • Coordinate and schedule security activities to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure Security Operations
    • Oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide Training and Support
    • Develop and deliver training programs to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Provide guidance and support to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle security-related tasks.
  • Manage Security Equipment and Supplies
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of security equipment and vehicles.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • CPR Certificate.
    • First Aid Certificate.
    • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
    • Security Guard License.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
