**Job Title:** Security Operations Manager
**Job Summary:** DEFENDER SECURITY GROUP is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:
Schedule work for security personnel and coordinate activities with other departments.
Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Prepare and submit progress reports.
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
Supervise and schedule the activities of security personnel.
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Perform the same duties as security personnel supervised.
**Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
Security Guard License.
CPR Certificate.
First Aid Certificate.
Criminal record check.
**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Fast-paced environment.
Standing for extended periods.
Work under pressure.
**Language and Work Term:
English (required).
Permanent (work term).
37.5 hours per week.
