Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team at DEFENDER SECURITY GROUP. As a Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services and effective communication.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and trends.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support security operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
