Security Operations Manager

Gemstar Security Service Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of security personnel and equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly and that security protocols are being followed.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are integrated into overall business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their security needs are being met.
- Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and other relevant information.
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Outdoors
- Various locations
- English
- 35 hours per week
