Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

At DUKE'S ROYAL GUARD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  • Resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Security Guard License
  • Criminal record check
