Restaurant Operations Supervisor

As an Assistant Manager at Osmow's Shawarma, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP
This position is based in an urban setting, where you will engage with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cash flow and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and necessary supplies.
- Lead and instruct team members.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals across various responsibilities.
Technical Skills- Proficient in using electronic cash registers.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and spreadsheets.
- Possession of personal transportation is beneficial.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
