About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Restaurant Management Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, maintaining detailed records of restaurant operations.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Management
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • English Language Proficiency
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
