As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for interfacing with stakeholders and HCM Process Owners to deliver high-quality solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions.
- Solution Architecture Definition and Design: Develop and implement solution architecture for Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals.
- High-Level Design Artifacts: Create detailed design artifacts for Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, including configuration workbooks and requirements documentation.
- Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of Compensation & Variable Pay solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Activities: Provide ongoing support for Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Candidate must be located within USA or Canada and should be able to travel to Mississauga, ON, Canada or be willing to relocate to Mississauga, ON, Canada.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing & supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Current & Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions.
- Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End to End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations.
- Experience in Integrating Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central.
- Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals.
- Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes.
- Ability to work with Global Compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects and update requirements documentation, configuration workbooks.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations – Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
