Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at AppleOne. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting and Order Management: Prepare and send quotes to customers, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about products, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: OSSD or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a technical sales role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge: Lean manufacturing principles, technical drawings, and measurement units (imperial and metric).
