Work Location: Primarily remote with travel to various client locations across the region.

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $89,000 CAD annually.

Responsibilities Include:

Expanding business opportunities by identifying and securing new clients as well as nurturing existing relationships. Enhancing customer engagement through the development and maintenance of client accounts. Proactively organizing and planning client interactions and site visits. Selecting potential clients based on industry knowledge. Preparing sales forecasts, project budget estimates, and contracts for both new and existing customer projects. Delivering training sessions and product presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to both internal technicians and end-users. Addressing technical and commercial inquiries from clients. Assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts and management reports. Maintaining an updated database of customer contacts and requirements within the corporate CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales within the mechanical seal industry. At least 3 years of sales experience in the nuclear sector, with knowledge of Nuclear Norm 299.3. Familiarity with API 682 standards. In-depth understanding of mechanical seal supply systems, including assembly, disassembly, and technical drawing interpretation. Proficiency in using SAP C4C CRM software. Willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary.
