Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing business by prospecting and securing opportunities and orders with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively manage and plan all client contact and schedule customer visits to ensure effective communication and relationship-building.
- Prepare sales forecasts, estimate project budget quotations, and contracts for new customer projects and existing customer repair work.
- Provide technical advice and product troubleshooting to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a current list of customer names, contacts, actions, and requirements within our corporate CRM system.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the mechanical seal industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the nuclear segment, with knowledge of Nuclear Norm 299.3.
- Experience with SAP C4C CRM software and technical drawing interpretation.
- Deep understanding of mechanical seal supply systems sales/application, including experience in mechanical seal assembly, dismantling, and fitment.
- Availability to visit customers and travel as needed.
