About the Role

We are a leading insurance agency, Vince Ippolito Insurance & Financial Services, seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating insurance products to clients, meeting deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness, and reaching monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products and how they help clients manage their risks.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate insurance products to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Sales Performance: Meet monthly sales targets and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • OTL and/or LLQP License: Possession of an OTL and/or LLQP license is preferred but not required at the time of interview.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, written, verbal, and listening skills; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic; diligent and hardworking; proactive in problem-solving; ability to work in a team environment; professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: Starting salary of $52,500 per year.

We offer a challenging and rewarding environment with competitive compensation. Starting salary of $52,500 per year with a generous commission package. First-year employees should reach if not exceed $10,000 in additional commission on top of base salary.
