We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing renewals, evaluating risk exposures, and providing tailored coverage recommendations. You will also offer claims support and identify new business opportunities through various channels.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing renewals, new business applications, and endorsements.
  • Evaluating risk exposure and advising on appropriate coverage options.
  • Processing client invoices efficiently.
  • Providing expert claims advice to clients.
  • Collaborating with Producers on account management.
  • Entering data into insurance carrier portals and our broker management system.
  • Staying informed about carrier offerings and updates.
  • Fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with a solid work ethic.
  • Exceptional client focus and service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in risk assessment and effective underwriting.
  • Possession of RIBO or OTL license.
  • CIP or CAIB designation is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a brokerage, specifically in commercial lines.
  • Experience with TAM software is a plus.
