Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker - Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals. This is an on-site role based out of our Burlington office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • New Business Development: Assist in building the book of business through new sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Handle incoming customer service calls and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain clear and concise documentation and records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Professional Development: Commit to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
  • Licenses and Certifications: RIBO license required; CAIB or CIP designations an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals; experience with Epic an asset.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; French language skills an asset.
