Account Manager for Personal Insurance

We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as a reliable advisor to our clients, managing renewals, evaluating risk exposures, and offering tailored coverage recommendations. Your expertise will also extend to providing claims guidance and identifying new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of renewals, new business applications, and endorsements.
  • Evaluate risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Handle client invoicing efficiently.
  • Provide expert claims advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with Producers on account management.
  • Input data into insurance carrier portals and broker management systems.
  • Stay informed about carrier offerings and industry changes.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional client service skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in risk assessment and underwriting practices.
  • Possession of a RIBO or OTL license.
  • CIP or CAIB designation is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a brokerage setting, particularly in commercial lines.
  • Familiarity with TAM software is a plus.
