We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing renewals, evaluating risk exposures, and offering tailored coverage recommendations. Your responsibilities will also include providing claims support and identifying new business opportunities through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewals, new business applications, and endorsements efficiently.
  • Evaluate risk exposure and deliver informed recommendations for coverage.
  • Process client invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Provide expert claims advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with Producers on client accounts.
  • Input data into insurance carrier portals and broker management systems.
  • Stay updated on carrier offerings and industry changes.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional client service skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in risk assessment and underwriting practices.
  • Possession of a RIBO or OTL license.
  • CIP or CAIB designation is a plus.
  • Experience in a brokerage setting, particularly in commercial lines.
  • Familiarity with TAM software is advantageous.
