Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals. This role is responsible for managing and servicing commercial accounts, reviewing renewals with clients, and providing coverage recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and service commercial accounts to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Review renewals with clients and provide coverage recommendations to meet their needs
  • Assist clients with their day-to-day inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Identify opportunities to write new business through referrals and marketing existing accounts to insurance companies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
  • Knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, and Farm Insurance
  • Completed, enrolled, or interested in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses
  • College Insurance Program Diploma or an undergraduate degree
  • Strong customer service skills to build relationships and maintain long-term growth and retention
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
