Commercial Lines Insurance Manager

We are in search of a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance our commercial lines division. In this role, you will serve as a reliable advisor to our clients, managing renewals, evaluating risk exposures, recommending coverage options, processing invoices, providing claims guidance, and collaborating closely with our producers on their accounts.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing renewals, new business, and endorsements efficiently.
- Evaluating risk exposures and offering tailored coverage recommendations.
- Processing client invoices accurately and promptly.
- Providing insightful claims advice to clients.
- Collaborating with Producers on various accounts.
- Entering data into insurance carrier portals and our broker management system.
- Staying updated with carrier offerings and changes; familiarity with supported carriers is essential.
- Contributing to a customer-focused culture and mindset.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic.
- Exceptional client focus and superior service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possession of a RIBO or OTL license.
- CIP or CAIB designation is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a brokerage within a commercial lines role.
- Experience with TAM is a plus.
