Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker - Account Manager to join our team of insurance professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable insurance brokerage and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- New Business Development: Assist in building the book of business through new sales and revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming customer service calls and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain clear and concise documentation and records of client interactions and transactions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Licenses and Certifications: RIBO license required; CAIB or CIP designations an asset.
- Language Skills: French speaking an asset.
- Skills: Solid work experience on Compu-Quote and various insurance company portals; experience with Epic an asset.
