Overview:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist plays a crucial role in providing specialized respiratory care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of neonatal patients to determine respiratory needs.
2. Administer respiratory therapies and interventions as prescribed.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
4. Educate families and caregivers on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
