We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team of professionals in Chatham. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in helping our professionals grow and excel in their roles.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding and talent development;
- Developing and implementing retention strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement;
- Providing guidance and support to employees and partners on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development;
- Staying up-to-date on provincial and federal labour laws and advising the Partner group on relevant matters;
- Collaborating with the National HR team on national projects and initiatives.
A successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a professional services industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- High attention to detail and a self-starter attitude;
- A team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across the organization;
- An understanding of professional services industries is considered an asset.
