Business Administration Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate the flow of information within the organization.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities.
- Supervise staff and evaluate their performance.
- Handle incoming mail and other correspondence.
- Plan and monitor budgetary allocations and expenses.
- Organize and coordinate daily operational tasks.
- Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages.
- Analyze employee data and maintain records.
- Address electronic inquiries effectively.
- Develop communication strategies for the team.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Prepare comprehensive reports as needed.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize digital databases.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping activities.
Work Term: Permanent position.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
