Administrative Support Specialist

Education: Completion of secondary school diploma is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the organization.
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities.
  • Supervise staff and evaluate their performance.
  • Handle incoming mail and other correspondence.
  • Plan and monitor budgetary allocations and expenses.
  • Organize and coordinate daily operational tasks.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and relay messages.
  • Analyze employee data and maintain records.
  • Address electronic inquiries effectively.
  • Develop communication strategies for the team.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports as needed.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage inventory and order office supplies.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and organize digital databases.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping activities.

Work Term: Permanent position.

Work Language: English.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
