Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Infinite Truck & Trailer Solutions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Assess and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Assign tasks to office support personnel and monitor their progress.
  • Work Prioritization: Set priorities for tasks and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Office Coordination: Organize and manage office services including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Data Management: Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
  • Procedure Oversight: Supervise and streamline office administrative functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Environment
