Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Lucent Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our business services team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
