We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team at Coughlin & Associates Ltd. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pension administration, including processing retirement and termination applications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process pension applications and maintain accurate records
- Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as Commerce, Business Administration, or Actuarial Math
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
