Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality control standards, and that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
