Restaurant Operations Manager

At Original Joe's Cold Lake, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise the assembly of trays.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, noisy, and physically demanding.
- Work Conditions: Standing for extended periods, walking, and working under pressure.
