Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive experience for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring you to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. You will be on your feet for extended periods, standing, bending, and lifting as needed.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Permanent Full-Time Position: We offer a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package
- English Language: We operate in English, and proficiency in this language is required for this role
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our business
