About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2189106 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that all food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support the success of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as establishing work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
