About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Original Joe's Cold Lake. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
    • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained
    • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve our goals
    • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers to ensure that all needs are met
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
