At Original Joe's Cold Lake, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and supervise the assembly of trays.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Noisy work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, walking, and physically demanding.
