Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to manage various HR functions within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective employee management.
Employment Details- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The position is based in the real estate sector, providing a dynamic work setting.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide other employees.
- Conduct training sessions for staff development.
- Manage the classification and evaluation of job roles.
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Handle contract management tasks.
- Analyze employee data and provide insights.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Organize consultation and grievance procedures for staff.
- Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Excel
- MS Windows
- MS Word
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Google Drive
- Technical Terminology: Familiarity with financial and business terms.
- Experience: Previous experience in human resources is preferred.
- Specialization: Knowledge in contracts and payroll services.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks as needed.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
