Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide other employees.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff development.
  • Manage the classification and evaluation of job roles.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle contract management tasks.
  • Analyze employee data and provide insights.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Organize consultation and grievance procedures for staff.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Windows
  • MS Word
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Google Drive
Knowledge Areas
  • Technical Terminology: Familiarity with financial and business terms.
  • Experience: Previous experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Specialization: Knowledge in contracts and payroll services.
