Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Paradox Hotel Vancouver. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support with employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the planning and delivery of training programs, including onboarding, compliance, and professional development.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data, including recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and retention rates.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as human resources software.
