Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Northland Properties Corporation-001. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment
  • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  • Mediate labour disputes and grievances
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Manage knowledge and best practices in HR
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a human resources role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
